📄 Terms and Conditions – Road Coderr

Welcome to Road Coderr. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or working with our team.

1. Service Overview

Road Coderr offers full-cycle digital services including:

  • Custom WordPress website design and development
  • UI/UX design using Figma and other tools
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Graphic design and branded visuals
  • Video editing for YouTube, Instagram, and ads
  • Digital marketing and paid campaign setup

2. Payment Terms

Clients can choose to pay through the following methods:

  • Direct Payment: via Payoneer, Wise, bKash, or direct bank transfer
  • Marketplace Payment: via Fiverr, Upwork, or similar platforms

Note: For marketplace orders, clients are responsible for paying the platform’s service fees (e.g., Fiverr charges 20% on all orders). These charges are added on top of the base project cost.

3. Project Process

Upon order confirmation, Road Coderr follows this general process:

  1. Requirement gathering and discussion
  2. UI/UX design in Figma or wireframes
  3. Development and testing
  4. SEO implementation (if applicable)
  5. Revisions and final delivery
  6. Client receives 100% ownership of the final product

4. Revisions and Feedback

All services include a defined number of revision rounds (as agreed in the proposal). Additional revisions beyond the scope may require extra charges and time.

5. Refund Policy

Road Coderr works closely with clients to ensure satisfaction. However, refunds will only be considered if:

  • The project has not started or any deliverables have not been submitted
  • Work delivered is significantly different from the agreed scope

No refunds will be issued after project completion or asset delivery unless explicitly stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All work created by Road Coderr — including websites, designs, graphics, videos, and written content — becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized use of our work before final payment or outside the scope of agreed usage is strictly prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

All project files, strategies, client information, and shared content are treated as confidential. We never disclose or resell any client data or project details to third parties.

8. Communication

Road Coderr communicates with clients via email, WhatsApp, and platforms like Fiverr/Upwork. All official project details should be confirmed in writing to avoid confusion.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we aim for 100% satisfaction, Road Coderr is not liable for indirect losses (e.g., revenue, traffic, or downtime) resulting from delays, third-party service issues, or force majeure events.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them regularly. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current terms.
